Shipping policy

Our preferred forwarding agent is DHL for worldwide deliveries.

Cost of shipping:
Cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on your location and volumetric weight of your purchase. Once your order is submitted, the total amount to pay will include the total cost of items purchased + shipping but, will NOT include taxes and duties applied outside of the country shipping from.

For furniture and large packages, please provide your full address in order to request for a quote.

Please note that CorrettoLù is not liable for any damages sustained in transit via third parties.

Taxes and Duties: 
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes potentially levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we have excluded these charges from all invoices issued from our website.

Order Tracking: 
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order as well as a tracking number to monitor its eta.

Returns:
Return claims are subject to approval and only valid if filled within 24hr from order reception.
To claim a return, write to us on ciao@correttolu.com mentioning the item you wish to return, your order number and the reason why you would like to return it.

Should the returned item be in a different condition than when purchased, CorrettoLù reserves the right to refuse the return.

Approved returns are credited in the shape of store credit valid for 3 months from date of purchase. 

CorrettoLù does not offer refunds of any kind.

For returns from Lebanon:

  • Items must be returned directly to CorrettoLù within 24 hours from date of reception.

For returns from outside Lebanon:

  • If your return request is approved, CorrettoLù will provide steps to follow to complete the return. Returned order will be shipped at the expense of the customer.
  • Order must be shipped directly to CorrettLù within 24 hours from request approval.
  • Customs charges on returned parts may be applied depending on their market value at the time of receipt at the shop. In this case, CorrettoLù will contact you to pay these costs.
  • In the absence of a response or in the event of your refusal, the package will be returned to the sender.
